Refund policy

Because these spreadsheets are instant digital downloads, I can't take them back once they're delivered. But if something doesn't work, email me and I'll fix it or refund you.

How to ask

• Email nisal2004dissanayake7@gmail.com with your order number and what's wrong.
• I'll reply within 1–2 days, usually with a fix or a corrected file.
• If I can't fix it, I'll refund you in full. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider.

Bought the wrong one?

Email me and we'll sort it out, for example by switching you to the spreadsheet you meant to buy.
